This page answers the questions we receive most often about ordering reference materials from ChemLab Kaufen. It covers payment, shipping, documentation and the research-use-only terms that apply to every order.

Ordering and processing
You order directly from the shop, without creating an account. Choose the pack size on the product page and complete the checkout form.
Processing starts once payment is confirmed. That normally takes one to two working days. You receive an order confirmation by email, and a tracking number as soon as the parcel is dispatched.
If anything about an order is unclear, contact us before paying. We can confirm pack sizes, current lead times and documentation in advance.
Payment methods
We accept SEPA bank transfer and major cryptocurrencies. Invoices are issued in euro.
SEPA is the usual route for institutional and business customers, because it produces a clean paper trail for internal accounting.
Crypto payments are confirmed on-chain. Processing begins after the transaction has been confirmed.
Shipping, packaging and delivery times
Every parcel ships in neutral outer packaging. Nothing on the outside identifies the contents or the supplier.
Shipments leave from inside the EU and are tracked end to end. Delivery within the EU normally takes two to five working days after payment confirmation.
Customs handling can add time on shipments that cross an external EU border. We state the expected route before dispatch if you ask.
Documentation and quality
Reference materials are supplied with batch identification. A Certificate of Analysis is available on request.
The certificate names the batch, the stated purity and the analytical method used to determine it. A purity figure without a method and a batch is not meaningful, so we always report all three together.
We do not publish ratings or review scores as structured data, because we do not operate a verified purchase-review system. Testimonials shown on product pages are illustrative copy only.
Who may order
Orders are accepted from academic, analytical and industrial laboratories. Buyers must be at least 18 years old.
All materials are supplied strictly for laboratory research and analytical reference use. They are never supplied for human or veterinary application.
Legal status differs by country and can change. You remain responsible for confirming the rules that apply where the material will be received and used.
Problems with an order
Report a damaged or incorrect delivery within seven days of receipt. Include your order number and a photograph of the packaging.
After review we offer a replacement or a refund. Opened chemical containers cannot be returned, for safety reasons.
